The “St. Apostle Andrew” Constanța County Emergency Clinical Hospital will host the Obstetrics-Gynecology I and II departments, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Surgery-Orthopedics, as well as two emergency units: Pediatric Emergency (UPU Pediatrics) and Obstetrics/Gynecology Emergency (UPU Obstetrics/Gynecology). The building will provide a total of 365 beds — 247 for continuous hospitalization, 79 for day hospitalization, and 39 for intensive care (ICU) — and will include two surgical blocks with a total of 8 operating rooms. In addition, 110 new parking spaces will be arranged, most of them located on the underground levels of the building.

The Telecom pneumatic tube system enables efficient transfer of documents, medications, and laboratory samples, equipped with state-of-the-art mechanisms that ensure the safe transport of test tubes in compliance with strict medical procedures.
